Best central USA casino freebies and comps?

I live in central usa, and I was wondering besides free drinks (namely sodas or ice cream) does anyone know of any really good freebies or comps? I prefer to hear answers about freebies, etc. in my area, (Oklahoma, Missouri) vs. Las vegas since someone already asked and answered a similar question about L.V... So, does anyone know how to get free food, free coupons, and/or free theatre/stage show tickets? Any and all help is appreciated, but 10 pts awarded with a preference to the biggest and best player awards.

Comps are obtained by how much you bet and play time.  In Vegas, the most generous club, IMO, is the Harrah's Rewards Card.  It's good at Harrah's, Rio, Cesars Palace, Bally's, Paris, and most recently Imperial Palace.  I gamble an average bet of about $25 on table games and have a lot of free room nights and free show offers all the time.  Good luck.
