Best/cheapest burning green laser pointer?

Question

i bought a 30$ green laser from, i think , wicked lasers but i bought it a year ago so i forget. It is a fun little laser...it can be seen for miles at night and it can even be seen for a long distance during the day, but IT DOESNT BURN THINGS.

Now i dont want one were if i point it at something it immediatly catches on fire and i dont want it to immediatly hurt anyone if i point it at them.( well.....i would but it would cost to much)

I just want one that can pop a bloon within a few secounds or maybe sting someone after a few secounds. (not for it to harm just to get there attention or think something is on them)

Whats the best one for the best price(i dont want to be spending 300$ just to see a stupid green light...)

If you can please name the site/store and price of the laser

ps: I already know that i can turn my cheap 5 mw laser into a burning one but i dont want to accedently ruin it and even if it doesnt burn things its still pretty cool.

The best for what?  All you talk about is burning things.  Why do you need a laser, let alone a Green one?  You could not afford a burning type laser and you would be hard pressed in finding one that would be sold to the general public.  You can't use Best and cheapest in the same sentence.  No such thing.  Go play with a flashlight.

I've bought cheap lasers before on Ebay, but I believe with a little bit of research there are ways you can up the power output on them. One method I saw had a person burning a resistor with a soldering iron. Don't just go doing that and expect magical results though, I don't even know what resistor to burn and my laser is different then the one posted in their video. but it might be an avenue for you to pursue :D
