Les Deux. I've had a couple of friends who have had birthday parties there. If thats not your scene and you want a bit more casual and little less glam/cheesy then you could always go with the house of blues, the viper room, the key club, etc.

But if you really want a night on the town, LA-style party, then go to Les Deux.
