Definitely Devine.  With the top rated O-line at WVU this year, he'll be even better than last year.  He's a little bigger, a little faster, and a little wiser.  He'll be a terror for defenses this year, since they'll also have to worry about Pat White.  And though the great one, Owen Schmidtt, has moved on to the Seahawks, Terrence Kerns is looking like a viable, faster substitute and complementary back.  I can't wait.

There are alot of great backs out there this year, but none combine speed, agility and vision like Devine.  He's virtually unstoppable.  It's not your everyday halfback who can make 2 guys miss with 2 separate moves in the space of 2 seconds, then after being grabbed by the facemask (15yd type) gain 10 extra yards (eg WVU vs. UMD last year).  Even if you hate WVU, you've gotta give the kid credit for his ability.  The coaching staff want's to limit him to 25 carries a game.  He averaged nearly 9 yards a carry last year and in the Fiesta Bowl.  Barring injury, he's going to be one of the greats.

Joe McKnight of the USC Trojans will step up and make a huge contribution to the Trojans because he is very explosive, and one of the best players in the game. If you watched the Trojans last year, you'll see he made some great runs

Tim Tebow if the coaches allow it or the porous UF defense forces it.  Moreno at Georgia and Rainey at Florida are top notch.  Nobody from the Big 10 compares.  That Devine kid at WVU (he wasn't smart enough to get into any the Florida schools so they stopped recruiting him) is good but not Moreno/Rainey/Moreno good.

I don't know squat about who runs the ball west of the Mississippi so there may be a good one out there.
