Best colleges for creative writing?

What are the best undergrad programs for creative writing?

A couple really good ones are Knox, Beloit, and Grendel. I found that most undergraduate programs for creative writing are extremely difficult and waaaaay expensive to get into.  A lot range in the $40,000 and up.  

So...

I wouldn't just look at undergrad programs.  I go to the University of Iowa.  They have the top rated graduate writing program but their grad. writing students teach the undergrad classes.  Another really good graduate school is University of Mass. (which also has a strong undergrad program).
