Best colleges for theatre/acting BA degrees?

I'm applying for transfer for Fall 2009. I want to apply to both BFA and BA programs since the BFA schools I'm applying to are rather selective. Any suggestions on schools with strong BA theatre programs(film minor a plus but not necessary)? Thanks.

If you live anywhere in the South, Shorter College has one of the best theater programs around!
