Best companies to work for as an Electrical Engineer in Texas?

I'm an electrical engineer student and i was wondering what are the best companies to work for that will pay better, provide good benefits and a good working enviroment. I prefer companies that reside in texas.

Also i have thought in working for Exxon but I'm not sure if they have a company in texas and where.

But i will also like to hear about other companies i could work for as an Electrical Engineer.

Don't you want to live and work in Austin?  I can't imagine living anywhere else in Texas, myself.
