Does anyone know reliable company offers(organizes) attaractive cruising holidays?? The destinations and duration would be preferably short cruising of 7days or so going to west medittarenean, scandinavia,or ireland...

Try logging onto following sites 'Ocean Village cruises' these do 7 day cruises of both west and East Medittarenean in the summer with Ocean Village 1 in West covering Greek islands, Dubrovnik and Cyprus. Ocean Village 2 covering West covering Barcelona, italy and Southern France, no formal nights on here, very good shore excusions including mountain biking (suitable for all sorts of people as tailored to group going and more like touring on a bike mostly level and longest is about 10 miles). Then if you want thiese sort of cruises but can go for 14 nights and out of Southampton, try P&O or Princess Cruise lines (some formal nights, usually 2 per cruise), these last 2 companies also cover Scandinavia, Canary Islands. Log onto web sites by typing either P&O cruise, Princess Cruises uk or Ocean Village Cruises into either of the main search engins (carefull with Princess as they have an American site as well, so make sure you're on the UK one) which will tell you all you want to know.
