Best conditions to get pregnant

I am 23 and my husband and I are ttc. Is there any position that is better than the other, or is there a better time to have s*x? I am totally oblivious to this, as I don't have any children yet. I know a little more about when I am ovulating as I have been researching. Any ideas. Thanks. (Please no one be tacky on here)

  1. Missionary and "Doggy Style" are usually good - just make sure the s***n stays inside...for a bit.

May I also reccommend you make sure you have an o****m when he comes too, that way, the puslating of your vaginal walls will help "pull in" his s***n.

My OB recommended this, and it worked - twice for us:

s*x every other day for two weeks after your period ends. We got pregnant the second month both times.

    Good luck and have fun!

  2. Deep penetration positions are good and can help you to o****m as well. Start sexual intimacy during your period or directly after your period and continue every three or four days throughout the month. Your partner does not have to ejaculate, the pre-ejaculate contains the most potent sperm and you can introduce this into your sexual intimacy.

A man naturally wants to have s*x every three or four days, forcing your partner to have s*x every other day can lead to resentment in the relationship and take the fun out of practicing. Sperm can live in your body for up to five days and using this method, the sperm can already be laying in wait when your egg is released. Have fun and best wishes, G

  3. Best suggestion use an ovulation calculator (available online) or an ovulation kit available at a drug store. There's really not much to scientifically back up the "positions" being better or worse, but it's commonly believe woman on bottom, hips elevated by a pillow. Remain in that position for about 2 minutes after intercourse. Also, don't have s*x EVERYDAY that doesn't give the sperm enough time to keep up. Try everyother day and make sure it's during the time you're ovulating (of course you can have s*x at other times but make sure he has plenty of sperm for when you need it) good luck to you and your husband
