  1. Chile, unlike many Latin countries, is not "infected" with the  "Chavez virus". The economy is stable,  is a relatively safe place, people are very intellectual, food sucks, housing is fairly cheap, they are very open-minded and liberals.

  2. I bet Costa Rica is good to live in.  Cost of living is low and everything is cheap.

Lagging behind at NUMBER SEVEN are the chillier Chileans

Sauntering at the bottom are the brazen Brazilians, but the language barrier may be a reason for this!

  5. Go to PERÚ the people is so friendly, the cost of living is low, the food is the best, the capital city Lima is so fun, they are always open to help the foreign people, is easy to get a job, sure don't expected to win a lot of money, but the experience is unique.

the country offers you so many different pictures to see, Coast, Andes, Amazon.

Chile is boring, cold, nothing new just a long cost of desserts and cold water.

  6. I´d say Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico.

  7. I would say Bogota, because it's one of the biggest cities in the world, also there is too much money movement in Bogota...life over there is good, it's a really safe city and very clean. you will always do something in Bogota and fairs and everything...another options i would say san jose, costa rica. Buenos Aires, Argentina and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. but i dont know those cities...just Bogota!! good luck and make the right choice

  8. Panama

    Costa Rica

    Chile
