What cruise is best for a variety of ages? Or familiy groups? Somthing like eight people, the youngest being about five, two teens, and the rest adults? Not necessarily disney either. Also, out of the cruises that are best for the variety of ages, do any of them have an ice skating rink? One that can be used during the day.

  1. I've been on Royal Carribean 3 times, and they have a variety of thing for every age group.  Also, the new ships have ice skating rinks (open times during the day), an awesome rock climbing wall, a mock surfing experience, a teen only club, mini golf, a bunch of pools, a huge arcade, a "kids" camp for the younger bunch, and a variety of shows, so if the adults want to see something one night the kids can do something else and vise versa.  I have heard that carnaval is more teen and young adult oriented.  Some of the ships have a topless bathing deck etc, so with the little ones I don't know if this would be what you are looking for.  I have had great experiences with Royal caribbean!

  2. Everyone loves to go to Alaska. The wildlife and the scenery are spectacular. Royal Caribbean cruise ships have the most to do for all ages and yes they have an ice skating rink. They also have a rock climbing wall, a mall with shops, a theater, a casino and many more activities.

  3. carnival

  4. there is plenty for everyone to do on just about any line you pick but Royal Caribbean is the only one that offers an ice skating ring, and only on the Voyager class ships or bigger, and they are mostly in the Caribbean.
