Best cruises for teenagers?

Question

My family wants to go on a cruise but they're having a tough time deciding which one.

The only kids going are my cousin(16) and myself(17). We need a ship that has a lot to offer kids our age.

Considering there are only two of us its hard to make friends because we're both fairly shy. We went last year on the Carnival valor and I pretty much hated it. The only thing they had to offer was a night club for teens and dancing isn't really our thing.

Any suggestions?
