Best deal on a VISA gift card? (close to free if not)?

Where can I get the best deal on a VISA gift card? So far it looks like the best is going through giftcards.com and getting a $20 gas card for it being over $100, but they are going to take $.34 for every transaction and there will be a monthly fee if not used in six months.

Do you know of anything better?

The best I have seen is from WalMart, especially if you are cashing a check and using some of those funds to load the card. They only charge you the $3 check cashing fee, ok to keep some of the cash, and nothing extra to load. They have two plans. I suggest checking it out at their customer service area
