  1. elfs are amazing to start with and can be made into an amazing deck

blue and white is also good

  2. hey

my personal favorite deck is the green/white deck.

im sorry but i dont remember the name of it cuz i threw away the box

but its my favorite cuz the green and white cards are usually quick plays, so u could get up a pretty solid defense.

meanwhile u collect lands so that u can play some of ur more powerful green cards. like the 5/5 siege wurm

but the white half of the deck is equally promising. thats because with 1 white and 1 green land u can play a 3/3 wolf the name of it is watchwolf

  3. ?

  4. hi i just started playing two and its all about preference. it depends what u like. Personally i choose red and green (kavu) but there are many other choices her are the basics

Green is fast in that you get mana producing elves out first and that makes your bigger creatures come into play faster. It is usually a beatdown deck.

Red is fast and likes to burn to win. Goblins are normally fast and you can back them up with direct damage spells for the win.

Black is pretty hard to play as a beginner. Black punishes itself in order to get a bigger advantage. If you are playing black, be prepared to take some personal damage to get that win. Remember with black, the only life that matters is the last one. Most beginners don't like black because of that fact.

Blue is probably the hardest to play. Blue is all about control. Countering spells and drawing more cards than your opponent to get the win. Can't find a way to stop that huge creature? Don't let him in play to begin with. Also, blue's speed comes in the fashion of Flash. Play your creatures on your opponent's turn so that they are ready to fight for you on your turn. The reason why blue is the hardest to play (as a beginner) is you need to figure out what to let through into play and what to counter.

    hope this helps :)
