Best desserts in Vegas?

I'm going to Las Vegas in 3 weeks. I've been really good at losing weight and depriving myself of sweets. While I'm in Vegas, I'd like to take a week off from dieting-so anyone know where to find the best desserts there? If I'm gonna cheat I wanna do it on something good!!!
