Best dining at Mandalay Bay?

Staying there next week & we want one splurge dinner - which is best & why?

We are a group of accountants and every year go to a fine restaurant for our office party.  Last year we chose Aureole.  It was interesting with the wine tower that the girls rapple on ropes up and down to get the bottles, but we were NOT impressed with the food.  I do NOT recommend it.  However, Stripsteak is one of the best restuarants in Vegas.  If you like martinis and Russian food then Red Square is awesome. For Italian, Trattoria del Lupo is very nice. It's a Wolfgang Puck restaurant.  And RM Seafood is good if you're in the mood for seafood.

omg mandalay bay is soooooooooo amazing! theres 378574675453564375 different fun things to just do in the hotel!

theres tons of restaurants too but we went to an AMAZING Mexican restaurant i don't remember its name though =/
