bradley Ogden at the Caesar's Palace is very good.  o, when you are there, try the cheese dessert too!  it may sound weird, but you won't be disappointed.  

Emerils' Table 10 is good too!  Last time I went there very late, so I could only get the late night snacks.  I know CUT is very good as well.  If you are going for the expensive restaurant, reservation is highly recommended, unless you are a high roller or sth... :)  have fun in vegas.

Canal Street @ the Orleans hotel... and please make reservations... very good food... kinda on the pricey side.. but not too expensive...

Depends on what you like. Go for the buffets in Wynn and Bellagio  for every type of good food. (WARNING THEY WILL LEAVE A HOLE(S) IN YOUR WALLET)
