  1. Undercover Economist, is an excellent choice, you will Know efectively why?, the rich are rich and the poor are   poor. It also has a special feature, lets you know yourself, your ability to achieve something solid, as well as professional or ambitious entrepreneur

    The End of Poverty, by Jeffrey Sachs,  may a be a complement, of the first one. If you have read this book, You will understand it better.

  2. hav heard about 3 books f4reakonomics is most famous but only b'cause of it's name and pioneering work;

    it seems to me that at college u need to do some more economics, a bit if nit more serious stuff.

    prof n. gregory mankiw, professor of economics at harvard hs a good hand in classroom techniques and uses off the track innovetive techniques to vividly descrive facts and teach introductory economics in an intersting but comprehensive way illustrated with cartoons and casestudies, about cartoons & themes they r best plus e- resourse or the book is available at special prices, at cheapest rate, you may also try out stiglitz, but thats a bit more expensive. check out mankiws blog............................
