What's the best exercise routine with only a bar to do pull-ups, a floor, and a block that can be ran around to make a mile? I can add stuff to my old bookbag to make weights sorta. Just stuff i can find around the house that can be used is fine, I'm just saying that i don't have a home gym. I already do 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 crunches, and some other stuff. I run a mile once a week. Thanks for answers.
