Almay eyeliner unless...

you want the makeup like in the pic you will need to use liquid eyeliner.

I dont like liquid eyeliners. I use Loreal Hip high intensity pigments eyeliner in black.

dont use a liquid use a solid liquids are really hard to put on and can irritate your eyes. try bobbi brown in kohl thats what i use and it works great

I have used so many expensive eyeliners. If you're looking for a liquid eyeliner. I know this is hard to believe but wet n wild has a really good one and it's waterproof. And at $2.99 you can splurge on other items such as a good mascara or lipstick.

Well looking at your links it looks like you are mostly looking for a liquid eyeliner, which I am really not that experienced with. But if you need a normal pencil eyeliner I would completely suggest MAC. I will never go back to using anything else, it goes on so easily and doesn't smudge or anything. And it has lasted me a good 6 months too.
