Best eyeliner...?{details inside}?

Hello! I just started wearing eyeliner and i wear it in my bottom waterline and i was wondering wat the best one is...bc i have a cheap one that came with a makeup set from Ulta,And from the time i apply it ... its gone in like 30 minutes...? Any help

I've always used Almay and Estee Lauder. Both last all day. If you do use it for the top lid, use one with a smudger for a quick, s**y, smoky eye!

either the fluidline by MAC, or you can get HIP cream liner at ULTA and it works just as well. they're both pretty difficult to remove without makeup remover (:

I recommend wearing your eyeliner on the top and the bottom if you want to wear it on the bottom. And I adore Annabelle Smoothliner, waterproof. In black :)

ok well if you have brown eyes you can get away with black eyeliner but if you have blue or green or grey or anything light then go with brown eyeliner

i also wear it exactly like you do, and it last -plus it doesn't smear..

it cost about 15 bucks... but it works really well !!

try benefit eyeliner. I use it in black and wear it the same way you do and I love it, it stays a long time!

to make my eyeliner last longer:

i put powder on my eyelides.. or under my bottom eyelashes

THEN apply it..

and i use:

maybelline unstoppable eyeliner

Every brand has got at least one name eye liner that's a keeper. Maybeline $1.00 red pencil is a good value for the money. I like smashbox cream jet set water proof black.

Do not put it in the water line though.

Wet N' Wild liquid eyeliner is brilliant. It's cheap, waterproof (if you pick that kind), and lasts forever! I can apply it when I get up in the morning, wear it all day, and sleep with it on and get up and it'll look perfect (as long as I don't rub my eyes in my sleep). It does have a triangle sponge tip applicator rather than a very thin brush and that can take some getting used to, but one you get the knack of it, it's great. It also comes in a bunch of colors not just the regular brown/black.

well, the best liquid eyeliners are by far Almay for waterproof and not waterproof.

well when you apply it in the waterline it usually goes fast. you should apply it in the lower lid, by ur lower eyelashes. clinique cream shaper for eyes is a good eyeliner
