Best eyeliner pencil that doesnt smudge!

Question

ok i have this problem with eyeliner pencil, i love to use pencil but it alwyz smudges when i put it on the bottom of my eye. can someone give me the best eyeliner pencil, not TOO crazy expensive but good quality and it doesnt have to be drugstore. actually perferably not drugstore bc i like tried them all thx<3 (my limit is $15)

I love MAC eyeliner in Charcoal. It is super dark and it is from a really good brand. Have you ever tried just using, black eyeshadow? Its really pretty for smoky eyes and it might not smudge as much.

I dont really know much about makeup but my wife usually buys all her makeup from this company in the internet called Artistry. I&#039;ve done some research on this brand and its said that its way better than all the other leading companies. Urban decay 24/7 pencil. It is $16 but it works so well and goes on dark!!

Rimmel Eye Kohl is pretty good, and its around 3 dollars !

pencil sucks.. dont use pencil

use a twist up.. like maybelline unstoppable or define a line
