  1. The best color that brings out blue eyes is brown. you can use light or dark or ect. green looks good to but brown brings ur eyes out more.

  3. I use Clairins and I have White and Black to make smokey eyes.

    Sometimes I only use the white.  But it's $20 for each case (one color).

    Put a light brown all over the lid. Then put a darker brown above the crease for contrast...And walla!

  13. Just go to the makeup counters in the dept. stores & try some on. That way you will know how it actually looks on you. everyone's skin tone varies also. You didn't say if you had fair or medium skin tone blond or brown hair. So it would be best for you to just go to the counter & make an educated decision for yourself& you wold know for sure.
