Lionel Messi has been known to play how players would play in a video game in a World Class mode setting. He has the unique ability to leave defenders dazzled and shocked and takes the ball out right from under their noses. He has deadly finishing abilities,
add to that amazing passing skill, and he works harder than most players out there.
He is called by most as the most valuable asset in the world of football, as he has the talent to score goals on his own, and he does this consistently in the most crucial matches. For example, he scored four goals against the Gunners in the Champions League
final and a hat-trick against Real Madrid in the El Classico.
He has come to be known as the match for the big matches and barely ever disappoints his club.
He plays for Barcelona and is also a part of the Argentinean national team, right now he is twenty-three years old and it’s almost terrifying for other players to think what he will be at the age of twenty-five.
As it is literally thought to be a defender’s worst nightmare to have the Great Messi sprinting against him.
Didier Drogba: Forwards
Didier Drogba is a thirty-two year old Ivorian footballer, who normally plays as a striker. He currently plays for Chelsea, and has been playing professional football since 1998 and became a part of his national squad in 2002.
He is the captain of the Ivory Coast national team. He is the all time highest scorer for his national team and is the sixth highest goal scorer of all time for the Blues.
He scored thirteen goals in the thirteen games played against the Gunners. He has astonishing records against the Reds and the Red Devils.
But this player adds so much more to the game than just simple goal scoring as he literally has been known to bully the opposing defenders into submitting to his will, he harasses them and forces his way into the goal line.
Drogba has amazing pace, and he is very good with handling the ball, with exceptional goal scoring abilities, he can hold the ball and even scores off his back heel.
He is an amazing dribbler and he is truly an outstanding player, who is very consistent for his county and club.
Fernando Torres: Forwards
Fernando Torres is a twenty-six year old, Spanish striker, he plays for Liverpool and is literally considered to be an odd ball in that club. As a player he is acknowledged to be a very gifted forward player but he is criticized for continuing to play with
Liverpool FC.
He started his youth career in Atletico Madrid in 1995 and moved to their first team in 2001. He played there for six years and then moved to Liverpool in 2007 and is still there. He also started playing for the under fifteen national team in 2000 and made
the first squad line up in 2003.
Though the player is a rather fragile one and it is thought to be a pure football loss that he gets injured so much as he has been out with injuries most of last season and a half. He was also sidelined in the World Cup winning squad as he was practically
limping.
Torres has amazing pace, unique skills, his attitude is known to be ‘never say die’ and with his constant goal scoring records he is an impenetrable threat on the field.
