Best fine dining (French) in San Jose area?

Looking online, Sent Sovi and La Foret both look good. Any preferences? Any others we should consider?

  3. There is Emile's downtown SJ and Le Papillon on Saratoga next to Harker Academy. Been to both they are nice. Emile's has a great chocolate souffle.
