Best flat panel tv?

I am looking to buy a flat panel tv tomorrow, around 19". I am curious which brand is the best. I have a samsung and a panasonic already, but have looked at sony and zenith too. They are all relatively the same in price. Which is the best?

Those are all good brands (I prefer Panasonic but the others you mentioned are all good). You should look at the specs to help decide. The faster response time and higher contrast ratio would be the two main things to look at. I'd get the one with the 6ms or faster response and the highest contrast ratio. That said, There isn't much difference between 1000:1 and 1200:1 contrast but 500:1 vs 1000:1 will be noticeable. The higher contrast means darker blacks and better shadow detail.
