Best food supplements for adolescents?

I've been taking centrum, fish oil and brewer's yeat. I don't eat much because i have a very weak appetite, but what i eat is healthy. any other food supplements recommended?

  1. If you're an adolescent (pre-teen), and you are eating a well-balanced diet with plenty of fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, whole grains, nuts and healthy oils (olive), then there is no need to take supplements.
