Best foundation to cover up acne scars?

I need a good foundationg to cover up acne scars as well as acne.

Any recommendations?

Also non that clog pores.

1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

I use Loreal True Match powder and I love it. It's light and isn't flaky. I'm currently breaking out really really bad and it covers all my pimples! And its only 8 bucks!
