Best friend poems. (this is odd)?

I need to find a poem about searching for a best friend. like, kind of like "one day i may finD..." something like that, or a poem about having no best friend. thnx!

I think everybody writes it differently and based on how i write it.. if it was "searching for a friend" i would try to explain your urge to search giving an example.

for example : I was searching eagerly like a  ...

                       It was as big as a ...

                       I was as strong as my ..

something like that? its just my idea though you can read my poem and see how i do it. OH and please tell me what you think too.

Best friend Poem:

It takes years and hard work

to keep a best friend

Each person must respect one another

in other words trust

Best friends to each other

share secrets

Best friends wll not judge

who is at fault.

They must communicate

as this is very important

Each other doesn't have to

mention their life story

But to get acquainted

being honest is also important

Friends or best friends are there

for each other in good times and bad

Without friends would be lonely

as each person will feel lost

It can also be sad

which will lead to depression.

As we walk our path of life,

We meet people everyday.

Most are simply met by chance.

But, some are sent our way.



These become special friends

Whose bond we can't explain;

The ones who understand us

And share our joy and pain.

Their love contains no boundaries.

So, even we are apart.

Their presence enhances us

With a warmth felt in the heart.

This love becomes a passageway,

When even the miles disappear.

And so, these friends, God sends our way,
