- the lego star wars games just for the great fun (also look extremely nice since they're HD)

- the elder scrolls IV: oblivion if you're into rpgs (may have to clear the game cache sometimes if the game becomes laggy - huge world can do that)

to the answer above mine GTA4, Rock Band, Call of Duty 4 are on both systems so it makes no difference. it really depends on what kind of games you like. tell me and maybe i can help you! Check out Gamespot. oh and tell me what type of games you like!!
