There are tons of gas grills on the market (Lowes, Wal_Mart, Home Depot...). I am ready to purchase one and would like the best bang for the buck at $300.00 or so. Whats the best one out there for that?

  1. I got a Vermont Castings stainless steel grill for around $300 at Home Depot a few years ago. I preferred it to the other brands, because it had a blue powdercoated lid on it instead of the standard steel lid. I just thought it looked better and it's worked great ever since I got it.

  2. We got the Charbroil and it was a great buy.  It has a side burner, rotisserie, veggie basket, storage underneath, a reverable flat thingy that you can actually use to make pancakes or get grill marks on fish and delicate meats without it falling through on the other.  The best thing is that it has a lifetime warranty and they honor it.  One of the k***s broke and they sent us a replacement no questions asked (you do need to keep the receipt).  It was also rated a best buy in Consumer's Reports and has the most features of any grill in its price range.  We got ours at Lowes.
