  1. I can only recommend gloves for women, as I do not know what men prefer. But, in my experience, FootJoy is the best. Although different people have different sized hands and fingers, so everyone will have a differing opinion. FootJoy offers many different gloves, some of which include StaSoft (Comfortable, and soft, but sizes can sometimes be hard to identify), SciFlex (Obviously, flexible while staying soft and not to hard), and ShockStopper (this one gives a stronger, more durable feel which helps to keep a firm grasp). There are many others, but I believe those are some of the best. I prefer ShockStopper, because my hands get VERY sweaty and this helps them to remain strong. Although FootJoy is not the least expensive glove, they are definitely worth the cost. All in all, the glove is up to the person wearing it: whatever fits, works.

  2. The most popular i see is Foot Joy [FJ] but it doesn't really matter what brand you use.

  3. I have been using the Cabretta leather gloves from MasterGrip for quite a few years now.  They have excellent feel, last a good number of rounds, and are by far the best value.  They cost about $14, but you get two for the price of one all the time.  It is mail order only, but you can learn more about them at MGgolf.com.  Hale Irwin wore these gloves when he one the US Open.  Most pros get free gloves from a sponsor like Footjoy, Nike, or Titleist, so they are not popular on tour, but for the rest of us they are by far the best and best value.

  4. No doubt, its the Titleist Players Glove.  They are pretty expensive ($22) but they are by far the best feeling glove there is.  Titleist also makes the Players-Tech glove that is really good, its a bit more durable but still $22 per.

  5. I'd have to say Titleist or Footjoy (both in cabretta leather). For me personnally its titleist, becasue they fit my hand better than the footjoys.

  6. foot joy

  7. I use FootJoy. For me the comfort and wear are fine. Now the kicker, $17.00 for a 2 Glove package at Wal-Mart.
