I thought the disneys palm course is really good.  Cant go wrong with Orange County National... Alot of good courses but those 2 are nice

THERE ARE ALOT OF COURSES IN ORLANDO BUT TRY THE DISNEY COURSES THEY ARE ALL EXCELLENT AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

The Disney course is excellent.

Many to choose from and I am certainly not qualified to pick the "best" as I have not played them all.  But high on my list would be any of the 3 coures at Ginn Reunion Resort, one each by Palmer, Nicklaus and Watson.  It's maybe a half hour south of Orlando proper, but worth the trip.
