Best hair products for...?

Question

ok my hairs curly on the inner layers, straight on the outside and gets a lotta flyaways.

my shampoos and conditioners always leave little white dots(NOT lice and NOT dandruff im positive)

what products would help this?

i also want sumthin to make my hair more shiny

Garnia frutics and treseme products always work great for me,try going to a stylist and telling her/him your situation,they probally know best.
