Best shampoo and conditioner are Redken "All Soft". They are in dark gold containers. I don't know the answer to the 2nd question. Good luck!

try a chi iron. use biosilk before you straighten

Do not use hair products instead apply coconut oil an those are using coconut oil, their hairs are good and strong.
