Question:

Best health insurance for grad students?

My fiancee and I are both graduate students and are looking to get health insurance in the next 6 months. The health insurance plan of the university we attend is terrible. Does anyone know any tips on finding a good health insurance company/plan? I don't even know where to begin!

Thanks!

  1. Try using this site.

  2. The best way to begin is with a local independent agent that works with all the major insurance companies. There are dozens of companies and hundreds of plans so it can get confusing. Insurance companies are like automobile manufacturers. Each company will have the basic low end model without all the bells and whistles up to the high end luxury model complete with all the options (as well as a higher premium). The agent can find the best plan for your situation and budget without trying to shoe-horn you into a plan. And you're not charged any extra for the service.

  3. Visit www.SmedleyInsuranceGroup.com and click to speak with an agent, or call at 602.412.3126! You won't find anything better! They work very hard to find you the best possible coverage at the best possible rate!

  4. hello,

if you want read something about health insurance

i just come accross this blog which may help you

  5. Under your condition,I advise here for you to have a visit.http://health-insurance.expert-tip.info/...

  6. Never trust an agent, whether your looking for health insurance, car insurance or a home mortgage.  Their goal of making the most money rarely aligns with your goal of finding the best policy at the best price.  You can easily shop around and get your own quotes.  I'd suggest starting at a site like this for info and quotes.

    http://getquotes.ws/Insurance/Health/hea...

It has a wealth of information about health insurance and you can enter your zip code for a list of companies and links to their online applications.

  7. This site http://www.ez-insurancefinder.com I found offers pretty good info and gives you quotes for the the best rates in your area.  Also, even if the plan is terrible, but the rates and premiums are reasonably priced I wouldn't hesitate as insurance is only a precaution plus it's only for 6 months you might not even use it.
