  1. try midol its my bestfriend!!!

  2. You shouldn't try and use alcohol as a pain killer ( Unless a doctor says so )

Try using feminax . You can get then from most chemists . They are special for period crams so they are most likely to work .

  3. When I had agonizing period pains, I visited my GP and he told me to exercise. I started doing aerobic exercise (walking, running, cycling etc.) whenever my period pains came up - it was quite convenient really, as whenever I felt them coming up, I just went for a quick stroll around the block. It got rid of them for the rest of the day. And, not only that, but I lost some weight, which was an added bonus! ;)

You can always try a hot bath, or put a hot water bottle on your stomach, as apparently the warmth relieves the tension.

    Hope this helps!

  4. feminax pills are great! try gentle exercise for  both the pain and trapped wind. should work. do NOT use alcohol - it will not help in any way. if you keep having trouble see a doc

    good luck!

  5. go to your GP and they'll give you something more powerful !

  6. You should really try midol. It really works.

    Or

if the pain is too intense, go to your doctor please.

    it could be something serious.

Just go to be on the safe side.

Your doc could give you some good pain killers.

    :)

    hope this helps

  7. i used to suffer with them really bad. the docs gave me some really strong pain killer (cant remember what they where called) which helped a bit, i used to find a hot water bottle helped also.

my advice would be to go speck to your gp

  8. Try Feminax Ultra, they do wonders for me.  If you find they don't work then go to the doctors and they may be able to give you something stronger by prescription. Get yourself a hot water bottle as well!

  9. Stretch and move around, pull the abdominal muscles a little. That can help. Also a hot bath. Alcohol won't help too much but it might a little. You can also get those little heating pads that adhere to the inside of your underwear so you can walk around with a heating pad. Those are available at any drugstore.

    Good luck.

  10. Paramol. Its quite expensive, but its the strongest pain killer available and usually one takes the pain away.

I too have them except sometimes they are so bad i pass out, but it has happen to all the women in my family, so there isn't much i can do about it.

It sounds like you have a bit of IBS too if you are getting wind. I have that and that just make the pain worse.
