Best holiday for family of four this summer?

Question

Two adults and one teen (13) and a child (8). We want the ideal holiday for this summer. We will pay a maximum of £4000-somewhere hot with the beach. Please give us the airline and everything.

Well, I can't help you much.. What does a 14 year old know about those stuff? Anyway, I'll try to help..

These are the best known summer getaways...

BALI

JAMAICA

HAWAII

MIAMI BEACH

Both are as good as the other, I haven't been to Jamaica, but I've been to Bali 3 - 4 times and I think it's good.. Jamaica is also good (As I've heard from people who have been there), Hawaii and Miami Beach are also as good as the other two..

Firstly, try to locate of where you're living and the place you're visiting... Look at the map, if you live in places like the States, Hawaii would be best... They belong to the US, no VISAs required, and you can just use those cheaper (According to me anyway) airlines (As I have heard)... Such as American Airlines...

Bali is better for those who live in Australia, or Asia.... Jamaica, by the way is good for those who live in the States or Europe... But VISAs, obv. required...

If you live in Europe, Italy or Spain are good.. My English Teacher went to Canary Island (In the South of Spain) for a tan.. ^^

For airlines, I LOVE Singapore Airlines - Good Food, Good Services - The seats are quite comfy - and so on... I don't know whether it's good (In price) or not, cuz everything is taken care by my father's office...

I'm an Indonesian btw, and I know all about those summer getaways (Besides Bali) in Indonesia... Such as Lombok, and so on.. Just email me, go to my profile, and I'll try to tell you all about them... There's not much info, especially about Lombok, while it's famous for tourists because not a lot of tourists have gone there (It hasn't been as westernized as much as Bali, that's its benefit)

It'd be nice to keep Lombok Un-Westernized though, anyway, it costs quite expensive to go there... You need to do a lot of transits to be able to go there... Stop by somewhere, and then Jakarta, and then Lombok (You may HAVE to go by Garuda Airlines or other worse airlines)

Anyway, it's up to where you live and to your preference...

Jamaica and Bali are not so westernized... Hawaii and Miami, obv...

As an Indonesian, I recommend Bali or Lombok (Duh)... But again, it's up to you.. ^^
