Believe it or not - PANAMA CITY BEACH IN SEPTEMBER IS SOOOO NICE. NOT CROWDED. PEACEFUL. BEAUTIFUL BEACHES. LOW RATES! GO THERE EVERY YEAR WITH MY HUSBAND AND WE JUST RELAX!!

Perhaps the best spot that fits all your requirements is Bora Bora, French Polynesia. Beautiful lagoon water excellent for snorkeling and scuba, private resorts, and pretty mountain scenery.

I went to Bora Bora for my honeymoon and my wife cried on her way home (because she didn't want to leave).
