Best hotel between LeMeridien and The Westin in Cancun?

Question

We are going to be 4 brothers, from age 20 to age 40, one weekend in cancun.

Which of these two is the best hotel to stay at? We want party but also luxury and confort.

Le Meridien is a lot better. No doubt. I've been there.

Go to Lorenzillos restaurant for dinner (excellent lobster), also go to a restaurant called THAI or to Madonna at La Isla Shopping Mall, both are great

I stayed at Westin last year. The thing I didnt like about it was that it was the first hotel on the long strip so it was pretty boring. Your best bet is Le Meridian if you want to be in the middle of all the fun. Its an awesome place, you will have a lot of fun. By the way, I totally reccommend the Chikin-Ha tour and Isla Mujeres snorkeling. OK sorry I got carried away. Have fun, and definitely go with Le Meridian. =)
