Best hydrating moisturizer for the face? 10 points?

Im looking for a really good moisturizer that hydrates and leaves a dewy look, preferably from target or walmart or walgreens. I moved and my skin has become very dull. Thank you.

Neutrogena Moisturizer is my favorite

I had the same problem as you. I wanted a dewy look but I didn't want oily skin. The product I use also had 15SPF in it too! Its very nice, gentle and light.

None of the stuff from those places will do you any good

Buying a product made from 100% natural stuff is better
