Disney, Garfield, and Cinema. These are 3 things that no one will ever get tired of. Picking something that is popular now will help you out at first, but somewhere along the line when something else popular comes out, you will have to rush to replace the theme. This is a problem for many businesses.

The others are good too though and even Pirates of the carribean would be alright, but to be popular with everyone who goes there I'd say disney and harry potter would be the pick of them as they appeal to most ages :)
