what are the best exercises to do at home to enhance the body shape without having the "men arms n stomach muscles"..n with keeping the waist/hips feminine shape ?

  1. Get an exercise ball and some dumbells. Doing any sort of workout on an exercise ball increases its effectiveness by about 60%. It's great for stomach exercises, and lifting weights on it works your abdomen as well since you have to balance. All of the things you ever hated in gym class do the trick, push ups, running etc. Especially push ups. But most importantly, eat healthy, and burn more calories than you take in.


  2. Yoga and Pilate's are the best but the second best is dancing belly dancing or hip hop is fun and accentuates womanly curves
