Balti Cuisine -  103 Woodville Rd , Cardiff - 0871 5290531 this is a very friendly atmosphere and student pricing.  Heart of the student area and a 20% discount for eating in.  A place a bit more upper scale would be Cardiff Bay restaurants.  There is an Indian Restaurant in that area but I can't remember the name right now, but oh boy i can smell the good food just thinking about it right now.
