Best internet poker sites.?

Question

Can anyone recommend some good internet poker sites. I currently play on party poker but keep losing so I'm sure it's fixed. It seems especially fixed when I come in from the pub after 8 pints of lager and have a game (can't understand why, I'm sure it's cheating). Anyway are there any other sites that are any good? Any that have got good promotional offers on at the moment for new users?
