Best internet service in Australia?

I used about 15-20 GB a month. I want it to fast, not super fast but fast enough to be called fast.

What would be a good plan for this? How much would it cost and is there a link ?

I personally like iprimus - I would never go for bigpond (had to many problems with them before) however see the following sites for comparison

This site has EVERYTHING. It compares all available plans, terminology, costs, speed, bandwidth - tells you what services are available in your area, has a forum of very smart, helpful people who will give you advise, and its free.

You won't regret it. It is one of the most useful sites on the net, only for Australia though.
