  1. Japanese Cooking: The traditions, techniques, ingredients and recipes by Emi Kazuko. Kazuko San has several cookbooks, all available online. I found my copy used on amazon.com for less than $3 US. Her cookbooks are really fantastic. Good luck in your search.
