the obvious answer here is devin hester. although he is a far better punt returner then kickoff returner.

josh cribbs would probably be my second choice.

one guy everyone seems to overlook is andre davis of houston. he is an excellent KR.

it all depends, last year it was Joshua cribs behind devin hester. but this year that could change and ted ginn jr last years 9th overall pick out of osu for miami had a great career returning kicks for the buckeyes!

Ginn Jr. Is great, and if your looking for fantasy points, jones-drew is great, cause he gets plenty of carries also.

Obviously Devin Hester is the best but Tedd Ginn can surprise everyone cause he has great speed. Darren Sproles of the charges is also a legit threat to score every time. And of course Joshua Cribbs is amazing as well.
