Best kind of medicine for my pain?

i started my period (after having a miscarriage about six weeks ago) and my stomach hurts really bad. im also having some back pain.

does anyone know what kind of pain reliever would be best for this?

Try something mild like Motrin or Aleve. If you have a hot water bottle or heating pad- use that too. Lie down for a bit. If that doesn't help you may need a doctor's attention.
