Crest or Colgate - look for anything that says whiting and has fluoride. Toothpaste doesn't make your teeth whiter its more for marketing. Try to buy crest white strips- as a dental professional, i always suggest this first before spending lots of money on home whiting kits or in house whiting at the dental office. If your teeth become sensitive from the crest white strips us a desensitizing toothpaste. Also electric tooth brush such as sonic care really help to reduce staining... hope this helps!

Crest is the best no one in my family has ever had a cavity filling or anything like that. Cuz my aunt and her family use colgate and everyone in the family has a filling or a cavity.

I like Collgate, but that doesn't mean you should only go with that brand! They're other brands out there, and you should try each one and decide for yourself.

i personally like colgate total with breathstrips it protects against all the bad disease things and freshens your breath alot

i dont like crest or any other brands
